Needs a little TLC

Clean title in hand, see pic. Nicb.org shows total loss, see pic

Here’s the good:
126K on odometer
only light is TPMS (no sensors)
Cars runs and drives good
Power windows, mirrors and door locks work
Power seat on the drivers seat works (passenger seat not working)
Leather is mostly in good shape (see pics)
All basic lighting works (headlights, taillights, turn signals)
New lower control arm (transverse arm) on driver’s front
New lower ball joint on driver’s front
New rotors and pads on the rear
Z1 hatch struts
Injen cold air intake
car has test pipes installed

Here’s the bad:
right rear quarter damage (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
needs new shock tower bushings (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
tires are slick on the rear, mismatched on the front – ALL TIRES SHOULD BE REPLACED BEFORE DAILY DRIVING
front bumper cover is damaged – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
Headlight wiring was a hack job by a previous owner, car had factory HID’s but it’s doesn’t anymore – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
front cross member is bent, should be replaced (replacment part comes with) – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
front core support is cracked in several places, some places being held together with zip ties – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
missing inner fender liners – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
missing splach shield – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
A/C doesn’t work – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
A/C belt needs to be replaced – needs to be address fairly quick
no radio – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)
missing some interior panels and/or some panels are are damaged – (doesn’t stop the car from driving)

$3500 is my asking price. I know I could part this car out for more, but I don’t have the time right now.

This looks like a decent start to a drift car but we’d really want to pay special attention to any bent control arms or suspension damage and what the owner really means by the A/C belt being damaged and how. Thorough PPI and Carfax before you buy!
