Looks to be well taken care of based on the pics. We’d definitely inquire as to what all has been done and who did the work before going to see it in person. They say it “runs and drives but needs a few things” so that’s definitely worth asking about, but the car is clean enough to investigate in our opinion. And of course, Carfax and PPI before you buy!
